Ordering

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is submitted it cannot be canceled or changed.

The tracking info says “scheduled pending,” what does this mean?

Scheduled Pending delivery means your package is at the station, waiting to be scanned onto a vehicle and sent out. If it stays like this for a few days without any progress, call the delivery company to check where your shipment is.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

When you complete the checkout process, you should see an order number on your screen. If you don’t catch it, check your email for a message confirming your purchase. If you can’t find it there, take a look in your spam folder.

Does Kidscalma accept phone orders?

For your safety, we can’t accept orders over the phone. If you have trouble placing an order online, please reach out to us and tell us about any error messages you see. We’ll help you fix the issue and make sure your order goes smoothly.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and the carrier’s details. If you need more help with your order, feel free to reach out to us or call us at 1-805-956-1338.
Where do you ship in the U.S.?
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Our goal is to get your order to you fast. Typically, orders in the mainland U.S. arrive in 3 to 5 business days after payment. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take a bit longer.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we’ve got and handled your return, we’ll start the refund process within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank might need more time to show this refund in your account.
What is the shipping time frame for my order?
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Usually, items are shipped within one business day after we process your payment.
What is your return policy?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kidscalma.com? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You can return your product within 90 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we don’t offer gift exchanges. For returns, we’ll refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees. There are no extra charges. However, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Keep the packing list handy for return arrangements, and hold onto any emails about your order as they’re important. Once we get your return, we’ll process the refund within 14 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund on your account.

Limited Warranty & Replacement Parts

What does your limited warranty cover?
Kidscalma guarantees this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, with some exceptions. This warranty applies only to the original buyer if claimed within 60 days of purchase (proof of purchase required). It covers normal use of the product as intended. However, it doesn’t cover damage during shipping, improper care, misuse, accidents, wear and tear, cosmetic issues, natural damage, failure to follow instructions, water damage (unless specifically stated), improper assembly, storage, or maintenance, improper servicing, acts of nature (like fires), or any other reasons unrelated to defects. Consequential and incidental damages aren’t covered either. This warranty only covers what’s explicitly stated.
What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?
Damaged merchandise refers to items that got damaged during shipping. If you receive a package from Kidscalma with visible shipping damage, don’t accept it—refuse the delivery. If you’ve already accepted it and notice damage later, call us right away at 1-805-956-1338, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST. Keep all packaging and paperwork for reference—it’s helpful.
What if I open my package and find it torn or parts are missing?
If you bought a sensory tool from Kidscalma in the last 60 days and it has a manufacturer’s defect or is missing a piece, please reach out to us.
